A town-planning council of the Almaty city approved a number of projects

The construction of a specialized private physics and mathematics school for 528 seats with corps for elementary and senior classes, an assembly hall, a gymnasium, a walking area,the playgrounds and the sports groundswill begin in the Bostandyk district in md.Yermensay2/2. The school plans to allocate 20 grants annually for free education of children from low-income families. Another approved project is the construction of a multifamily apartment house with maintenance facilities, a kindergarden and an underground parking on the Kurmangazy 97 street in the Almalinsky district. The project supplies the improvement of the adjacent territory and the construction of social infrastructure.

A conceptual design of a multi-apartment residential complex with a kindergarten and parking at the intersection of Bekkhozhin, Begalin and Kasteyev streets in Medeu district was approved in the meeting. An extension to one of the city's schools, and also the reconstruction of Bekhkhozhin and Karataev streets will be made by the constructor’s budget. Also, the construction of a multi-apartment housing complex with a kindergarden and a parking was approved in the Bostandyk district in the square of the streets Gagarin, Levitan, Radostovets, Dunaevsky. Pre-school institutions will be transferred to communal property. A multi-apartment complex with built-in premises and a parking will be built in the same area on the Kablukov street 97a.
