B. Sagintayev: the requirements for property developers - take into account the need for schools, kindergartens and outpatient clinics

Answering the questions of the townspeople during the reporting meeting, Akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev informed about the development of social infrastructure and construction of public spaces.

A resident of the Auezov district addressed the issue of the need to build parks, squares and fountains. Akim of the city B. Sagintayev explained, that today developers are required to provide a comprehensive approach when building a residential complex. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the need for schools, kindergartens and clinics.

This principle is already being applied. For example, the residential complex "Madeniet", consisting of 22 houses, is being built in the Alatau district. The project provides for the construction of a kindergarten for 120 children. In microdistrict Kairat, the construction of 41 houses has begun, the project also provides for a school for 1500 children, a kindergarten for 260 children, and a clinic.

In order to improve and create recreation areas, courtyards are being repaired, playgrounds and sports grounds are being created. For example, in 2020, 205 courtyards, 9 squares were repaired in the Auezov district, 5 empty plots and 2 coastal zones were improved, the pedestrian zone in microdistrict 10 is being renovated. Also, 10 sports grounds have been built in the squares and along the streets in the formerly abandoned areas of this area, another 50 were created during the renovation of courtyards.
