In Almaty within the framework of "Tugan zher" program they will help to the orphanage for 170 million tenge.

According to Gaysha Syzdykova, a deputy director of the Education Foundation of Nursultan Nazarbayev, within the framework of the project it is planned to reconstruct the sports hall, the power unit, the landscaping, the computer equipment supply, the resource base updating.

"We consider it as our duty and honor to be one of the first of the program realization proposed by the President "Tugan Zher ". We want to reconstruct the orphanage №1 together with the local authorities and charitable foundation "Halyk". We’d like to make it a sample one. A large block of work is alloted to improve the educational processes and to reach them to a higher level. It suggests to teach information technologies, conduct classes on an extracurricular program, i.e. various creative circles. It is planned to improve the qualifications of orphanage’s teachers," noted G.Syzdykova.

In turn, , director of the "Halyk" Charity Fund, Asel Tynyshbekova has explained how to improve the educational - upbringing activity, the material and the technical equipment and the development of the orphanage infrastructure in which 109 children aged from 3 to 18 are raised. The foundation plans to allocate 170 million tenge.

It should be noted that the public foundation "Education Fund of Nursultan Nazarbayev" was established by the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 15, 1998. The mission of the Foundation is to promote the development of Kazakhstan's education system according to the international standards.
