The Akim of the Zhetysu district G. Kokobayeva, shared how issues of improving the quality of life and the development of social infrastructure are being resolved
Today, another reporting meeting of the Akim of the Zhetysu district Gulnara Kokobaeva with the population took place, the results of the work done over the past year were summed up and plans for 2021 were discussed. During the three-hour broadcast, the district akim answered 87 questions from townspeople.
Social sphere
In the Zhetysu district, in order to support children from large families and socially vulnerable groups, the social club "Shynga Orleu", "School of Dombra" and others operate. Free football and volleyball sections for children from 7 to 12 years old are open in five locations of the district. The sections covered more than 300 children of the region.
The first martial arts center based on the experience of Thailand has been established in the district, "Ainabulak zhekpe-zhek ortalygy", Trainings in 10 different of sports. The coverage of children reached 400 people.
The development of accessible sports will be resolved through the opening of 3 new sports complexes this year - in the microdistricts Kulager, Ainabulak and Kemel. Construction will be completed by the end of this year.
In addition, to support youth sports in the first half of the year, 3 outdoor martial arts centers will be commissioned in the microdistricts Kulager, Kokzhiek and Kokmaisa. A Center for Children's Creativity in the microdistrict Kokmais is planned to open, with free workshops for children and leisure activities for pensioners.
Employment and employment support
During the meeting, the akim noted that the issue of employment will be resolved through the development of the business sector. It is planned to create 1,250 jobs as part of the modernization of the "Rakhat kz" and "Alatau" markets and the construction of the "Keremet" Trade House. 150 jobs will be created after the completion of the "Virage" car dealership this year.
Provision of student places in preschool and school institutions
As Gulnara Kokobaeva noted in her speech, residents of the Zhetysu district are most often concerned about social issues. To solve the shortage of student places in the district, construction of extensions to existing schools, overhaul of educational institutions is being carried out. Thus, this year the construction of annexes to schools No. 57, 102, 177, for 1050 new student places will be completed. At the same time, the construction of three more outbuildings to schools No. 112, 148, 103 for 850 pupils will begin.
“Our district is also experiencing a great need to open new kindergartens, as people have been queuing for years to send their children to nurseries. We will also solve this problem through the renovation of abandoned kindergarten buildings, of which there are several in our area. This year we will start construction of a new kindergarten in microdistrict Ainabulak-4 for 160 places ", - said the akim of the region.
Much attention is also paid to the social support of the district residents. Since 2019, the social center "Bakytty otbasy" has been operating in the district, the "Isker Ana" program is being implemented. Last year, 1116 people were registered in the center. 26,000 services were provided. 345 mothers of large families attended various courses and trainings.
274 families with many children received targeted social assistance in 2020. In total, 682 families received targeted social assistance. Housing assistance was received by 177 families.
Medical care within walking distance
To provide residents of the district with affordable medical care, a new outpatient clinic is planned to built in the microdistrict Kemel, and the construction of a polyclinic in the Rabochiy settlement for 240 visits a day, with an antenatal clinic. There will also be a major overhaul of polyclinic No. 11.
Road and engineering infrastructure
In order to address road infrastructure issues, roads on 10 streets, 18 km long are planned to be repaired. More than 8 km of sewerage networks will be built and 29.3 km of water supply networks will be reconstructed.
As for lighting, last year, 84 streets were illuminated. This year, all streets in the area are planned to be illuminated.
To solve the problem of flooding of houses in the district, in particular in the Rabochiy settlement, this year, repairs of 4 km of ditch networks will be carried out. After the development of design and estimate documentation, work on the construction and reconstruction of canals, with a length of 37.5 km, are planned to begin.
"Participation budget"
Within the framework of the Participation Budget project, 19 projects will be implemented, among them: renovation of 2 bridges on Seifullin Avenue, improvement of 4 district cemeteries, repair of courtyards and the creation of a skate park in the Kulager microdistrict.
Last year, for this project, running and major repairs of public gardens and pedestrian zones with a total area of 58 hectares were carried out in microdistrict Ainabulak, Kokzhiek, Kulager.
Dilapidated housing
According to the instructions of the Akim, the demolition of dilapidated housing is planned for the complex reconstruction of the "old" quarters in the district, the residents of which will receive new apartments. There are 163 dilapidated houses in the district.
“One of the issues of concern to a large number of our residents is Dilapidated housing. This problem has begun to be addressed. Construction work has begun in the square of Krylov-Skryabin-Goncharova and Raiymbek Avenue. In place of the 16 houses to be demolished, 11 houses or 944 apartments will be erected. The planned completion date is December 2022, ”G. Kokobaeva said.
In the square of Kazakov, Skryabin, Botkin and Raiymbek Avenue, work is also starting on the resettlement and demolition of dilapidated houses, expected date of completion - 2024. In place of the demolished 14 houses, including 119 apartments, 13 houses with 767 apartments are planned to be built.
In addition to the dilapidated buildings, there are 5 damaged houses in the district, the residents of which are planned to be relocated to social homes in early 2022.
