The governor of Almaty has checked the procress of housing construction under the program "Nurly Zher"

So, in this year 1,784 Almaty investors of Zhilstroysberbank have accumulated 30 percent of the cost of housing which would be able to buy the apartments by five percent per annum for 23 years. And before the end of this year, more than 5 thousand apartments will be exploited under the program "Nurly Jer", most of them under the program of rental housing with subsequent repayment and through the KMC and programs of JSC "Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan".

At the present time, all the necessary infrastructures have been supplied to all the apartment houses i.e. a gas, a water supply, an electricity. In addition, the construction of children's play and sports grounds, economic zones and car parks have taken into account.
