The Akim of the Alatau district reported on the development of engineering and social infrastructure
Reporting meetings of district akims have started in Almaty. Akim of the Alatau district, A. Kaldybekov, was the first to report on the development of engineering and social infrastructure.
During the reporting meeting, the district akim answered the questions of residents on landscaping, repair of courtyards, the development of social infrastructure. Residents of the district were able to ask their questions through the zoom rooms equipped in the "Alatau Creative Hub", the district akimat and the library in microdistrict Tomiris. The reporting meeting was broadcasted live on “Almaty” TV and on social networks.
During the report, which was held online, due to the difficult sanitary and epidemiological situation, all residents had the opportunity to ask questions through Zoom booths.
The development of the district is carried out in accordance with the comprehensive development program "New Almaty", developed by order of the city akim B. Sagintayev. Last year, 145 km of engineering networks of water supply and sewerage were built in seven microdistricts of the Alatau district. The networks will be put into operation this year. Thus, residents of microdistricts Ozhet, Akbulak, Samgau, Kokkainar, Algabas, Karasu, Shapagat will have access to utilities.
This year, engineering networks with a total length of 300 km are planned to be built in the Aigerim, Algabas, Terekty, Shanyrak-1 microdistricts.
In 2020, 122 km of new roads were built in the district, in 12 micro-districts - Karasu, Sayaly, Akbulak, Kokkainar, Ulzhan-1, 2, Tomiris, Shanyrak-1, Darkhan, Aigerim-1, 2, AZTM-Algabas. Medium repairs were carried out on 68 km of roads in eight micro-districts. The work will be continued this year.
Last year, the level of street lighting reached 75%, this year, after the lighting system is installed on 515 streets, it will reach 100%.
Also, the akim of the Alatau region, Azamat Kaldybekov, announced the construction of schools. In the microdistricts of Sayaly, Tomiris, Nurkent, Darkhan, Rakhat-Madeniet, 5 modern schools with a total capacity of 7800 places are being built. This will reduce the shortage of student places by 80%.
In order to provide highly qualified medical care in microdistrict Algabas, a multifunctional hospital is planned to built. Medical outpatient clinics will be opened in the microdistricts of Karasu, Sayaly, Algabas and Ozhet.
Within the framework of the Jasyl Almaty program, 176 thousand trees were planted in the district last year. In the coming year, more than 100 thousand trees will be planted.
