During the visit, the Almaty city’s governor Bauyrzhan Baibek noted that by opening private kindergartens, the state would save significant budgetary funds and reduce the turn to preschool organizations, and entrepreneurs in turn receive support under the "Balapan" program.
So, in Auezov district in 2015, 7 state pre-school organizations for 800 places were built at the expense of the budget, and the cost of capital expenditures for construction amounted to KZT2.2 bn. In turn, due to the funds of businessmen in 2016, 21 private kindergartens for 657 places were put into operation, and the amount of investments was only 180 million tenge. By supporting the opening of private preschool institutions, 2 billion tenge was saved.
