A center of population service has been opened in the Athletic Village of Alatau District

The service center of Alatau district population consists of eight sectors: the operating room, the self-service sector, the savings sector, the social services sector, documentation, citizens registration, issuance of ready-made documents, consultation.

According to Daniyar Akhmetov, the director of the branch of the Center for the City of Almaty, for convenience of the townspeople, the "Connection Point" self-service sector works, in which it is possible to receive all electronic services, including putting the child on the queue at the kindergarten, issuing the address certificate, certificates of pension contributions, filing an application for marriage registration, etc.

In the new premises, designed for simultaneous maintenance of up to 1,500 people a day, spacious and comfortable rooms are organized, which are equipped with new furniture in the framework of the project "Heritage of the Universiade". The building is also equipped with convenient ramps, an elevator and a call button for visitors with disabilities.
