In September, a number of streets of Almaty will become one-sided

On the street Shevchenko on the section from Dostyk Ave. to the street Zharokov after the completion of an average repair with the dismantling of tram rails will be organized one-way traffic in the west direction, with arrangement on the south side of the two-way bicycle path from Kunaev street to Zharokov street.

On the street Kurmangazy on the site from the street Mukanov to Dostyk avenue after the completion of repair will be organized one-way traffic in the east direction.

This traffic organization introduced in September this year is designed to reduce conflict points and the likelihood of emergency situations in the above streets, as well as reduce the load on Abay avenue to 15%.

In this case, the bus route №112 moving in the east direction will pass from Zharokov st. on Abay avenue and Mukanov street with an exit on the street Kurmangazy.
