Almaty’s executive committee held a meeting on the realization of state and government programs

In the city, within the framework of the State Program for Infrastructure Development "Nurly zhol", work is carried out in three directions: modernization, reconstruction and construction of infrastructure for housing and communal services and heat supply, water supply and sanitation. Since 2015, 81 km of engineering networks have been built to provide the necessary infrastructure md. "Sayaly", "Zhas Kanat", "Algabas-1" and objects of the Universiade, 13.9 km of engineering networks were reconstructed. In the current year objects are reconstructed for 9.9 billions tenge, which will reduce wear by 1.5%, losses by 2.3%, accidents by 3.2% compared to 2016. Over the course of the program, more than 2,400 jobs were created. Within the framework of the implementation of "Nurly zher" this year 85 houses with a total area of 216.8 thousand m2 or 4,198 apartments will be put into operation, including construction of 73 houses under the executive committee within the framework of this state program, of which 24 will be completed in current year.

According to the Program for the Development of Regions till 2020, 141 km of new water supply networks and 96 km of sewerage for the amount of 4.8 billion KZT have been built since 2015. In total, in 2016, 467.2 km of engineering networks were built and reconstructed. In 2017 it is planned to build and reconstruct 545 km of engineering networks: water supply, water disposal, gas supply, electricity supply, heat supply. In the framework of the Program last year 37 houses were renovated and 47 elevators were replaced. In 2017, 245 houses will be repaired (replacement of 199 elevators in 94 houses and repair of entrances, facades, roofing - in 151 houses).

Within the State program of industrial and innovative development, 100 projects for KZT 190 billion are included in the Business Support Card of Almaty with the creation of 12,000 jobs. Since 2015, 33 projects have been launched for 35.6 billion tenge with the creation of 2.7 thousand new jobs. All enterprises work according to plan, the load is 70% or more. By the end of the year, it is planned to launch another 22 projects for 59 billions tenge with the creation of more than 2 thousand jobs.

In the framework of the Unified Program for the Support and Development of Business "DKB 2020" in 2015 and 2016, 448 projects were supported with the creation of 2.5 thousand new jobs. At the same time, 15.5 thousand jobs were saved. In the current year, 4.4 billions tenge was allocated for subsidies, guarantees and grants. As a result, 1.6 thousand jobs were created, 7.3 thousand jobs were saved.

The regional program "Zhibek Zholy" since 2015 allocated on a parity basis with the Damu Fund 10.7 billion tenge with the support of 175 projects. The participants of the program for 2016 - 2017 have already paid 1.2 billion tenge of taxes, 550 new jobs were created, 1.2 thousand jobs were saved.

As a result, by the end of 7 months the number of SMEs in the city grew by 7.3% and amounted to 172.9 thousand. The number of employees in the SME for the 1st quarter of 2017 was 581 thousand people, an increase of 2.4%.

According to the results of the first 7 months of this year, all programs achieved basic values, incl. In the field of healthcare development, "Ruhani zharyrou", etc. For example, according to the Program for the Development of Education and Science in Almaty in 2016, 100% of the provision of free textbooks and teaching and methodological complexes for first-grade schoolchildren was achieved. In 2017, the second, fifth, seventh classes on the updated content of education. According to the results of the UNT this year, the city's students take the first place in the republic for the sixth consecutive year. The maximum results have been achieved for other indicators of the program.
