The State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the governor of Almaty laid flowers at the monument to the victims of the famine of 1931-1933, established in the park of Karagaily in May of this year within the framework of the program "Ruhani zhangyru". Museum collections number about 40 thousand exhibits, including works of fine art, unique collections of Kazakh ethnography, collections of everyday objects of various epochs and cultures, numismatics and other.

On the same day, the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan will visit the international festival "Almaty Kok-Tobe Opera-2017", timed to coincide with the international exhibition "Astana EXPO-2017" and the celebration of the City Day.
