The Town-Planning Council of Almaty approved a number of new projects

In Bostandyk district, the construction of the Seyfulin residential complex will start, consisting of 13 blocks and providing a kindergarten for 120 children. The project has an underground parking with an exploited roof, represented by landscaped courtyards. The planned duration of the construction is 25 months. The company developer in the framework of social responsibility undertakes to build a kindergarten for 160 places and gives it to a communal property.

In the same area between st.Satpayev and Abay avenue, west of Tlendiev street will be built a residential complex consisting of 19 houses. The territory of the complex is conditionally divided into three zones, including a yard, public space and an access to a kindergarten for 200 places. The project implementation period is 36 months.

In Bostandyk region at the intersection of Al-Farabi Avenue and Rozybakiev street will be implemented the project "Park-office". In accordance with urban requirements prohibiting the construction of high-rise objects above Al-Farabi avenue, the height of buildings does not exceed 12 meters from the ground level. The project provides for the construction of three blocks connected by a hinged gallery with a park space between them. The park infrastructure includes a summer cafe area, bicycle trails, negotiation pavilions of transparent structures and terraces integrated into the office atmosphere. The expected construction period is 24 months.

In Auezov district in the microdistrict 3, there will be a residential complex consisting of four 9 and 12 storey houses. The complex has a 2-level underground parking and a kindergarten for 60 children. The duration of construction is 20 months.

In general, when considering projects, special attention is paid to the use of energy-efficient solutions, the number of places in underground autoparking, the quality of exterior materials, the night illumination of building facades, access conditions for low-mobile groups, the area of gardening, the load on traffic flows etc.
