The governor of Almaty inspected the reconstruction of city’s several streets

As reported by the head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the city Aset Masabaev, today the transfer of engineering networks, the replacement of channels ,the transfer of pavers is being completed on Tulebayev street. In the near future, installation of street lighting supports, benches and garbage cans will begin.

During the detour, Bauyrzhan Baibek instructed to extend the green area of the boulevard with the sidewalk at every intersection, including the parking lot on the part of the "Arasan" bath complex. In turn, the project also provides for the installation of bicycle paths, laying 6 thousand m2 of pavers, planting a hedge, flower beds, lawn, etc.

The reconstruction of Baiseitova Street on the section between Satpayev street and Kabanbay batyr street assumes the creation of a pedestrian pavement laid out with paving stones, the extension of the green zone, the planting of more than 400 trees of various species and shrubs, the reconstruction of irrigation trays, the installation of a watering irrigation system, bicycle paths, children's playgrounds, installation of small architectural forms. The total area of footpaths will be 6 thousand m2, the area of landscaping will be 19 thousand m2. On the site below Satpayev Street, where the parking has been functioning, the pedestrian zone will be extended.

Completion of the reconstruction of the above streets is scheduled for the end of this month.

In general, the work on the improvement of parks, squares, landscaping of public spaces, the creation of favorable conditions for citizens will continue in the next year.
