The 20th anniversary has been celebrated by the national ,scientific, practical, educational and health-improving center "Bubek"

In her speech, the president of the "Bubek" foundation Sarah Nazarbayeva noted that from the very first days the center functions for the main purpose - caring for the younger generation, bringing up highly educated, healthy and spiritually developed personalities. All these high principles of humanism and the ideals of kindness formed the foundation of the "Bobek" foundation.

"Correctly organized education is built on the universal values. We want to revitalize the spiritual values in our society through education that so that everyone can fully use the abilities formed in him. So it benefits the state and all people," S. Nazarbayeva said.

Center "Bobek" is a unique educational new formed complex, where you can get all conditions for the harmonious development and the qualitative education of children including kindergarten, gymnasium and college. A distinctive feature of the center is a harmonious combination of the educational process with the formation of a highly moral and spiritually developed personality.

During the forum, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiev read the telegram from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The telegram notes that thanks to the tireless and whole-heartedly work, the "Bobek" center has been functioning for 20 years to protect the rights and the interests of children, their moral, spiritual education and the harmonious development.

During the years of its development, "Bobek" has turned into a multi-disciplinary complex realizing actual scientific, practical, educational and recreational projects from a children's health-rehabilitation center. There are being developed the new standards, the training programs and the methodological literature for the domestic education sector. In all regions pilot schools have been opened working by the unique spiritual and moral program "Self-knowledge" under the patronage of Sarah Nazarbayeva

So, the program "Self-knowledge" is included in the educational process in all schools of the country. In Almaty, it operates 8 pilot educational institutions. In the city's educational institutions, 817 teachers are taught the subject "Self-knowledge", 525 specialized classrooms are equipped, and this year 194 teachers passed the refresher courses.

In his speech Almaty’s governor Bauyrzhan Baibek stressed the importance of the program "Self-knowledge", which made an invaluable contribution to the high educational indicators of Almaty.

Almaty schoolchildren hold the leadership of UNT for the sixth year and the 15th year in a row - the first place in the republican competition of scientific projects. For 12 years, students have taken the first team place in the republican Olympiad and for the fourth consecutive year - at the Presidential Olympiad among 11th grade students.

"Today, when in a youth environment, universal values are often devalued, the program" Self-knowledge "has become one of the core teaching subjects for the formation of a harmonious personality. "Self-knowledge" teaches us how to be a real person, to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us, to be successful, educated and open, to serve unselfishly people and the Motherland. These are the fundamental values, which our Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev always says," Bauyrzhan Baibek emphasized.

It should be noted that this year SOS Children's Village was also celebrating its 20th anniversary, the origin of which is Sarah Nazarbayeva. "SOS Children's Village" has become an effective alternative to orphanages. Here, the children left without parental care acquire a new family, the warmth of the home.
