In Almaty a new director of the city’s healthcare department was appointed

During the meeting the Almaty city’s governor told about the result of the healthcare department for 2016-2017 years and he mentioned that the main indexes had the positive dynamics. So, the children’s death was decreased for 2.5 times, the diapason of tuberculosis patients’ treatment in the dispensary was increased for 2 times. It decreased the death of tuberculosis patients for 36%. There was fixed the lower rate of city citizen’s death from respiratory diseases, injuries and infectious diseases.

«During 2 years period the financing of the healthcare system was increased. 7 entities were exploited, i.e. three entities in 2016 and 4 entities in 2017. In the framework of business’s social responsibility, №36 policlinic of the city was built by the fund of the private investors. In 2017 years there were started 9 new healthcare object’s constructions. Main attention was paid for the increasing of the healthcare infrastructure’s access in the affiliated country side of the city’s territory.», mentioned Bauyrzhan Baibek.

In 2016-2017, 11 billions tenge were allocated for medical organization’s facilities supply. Due to the usage of differentiated salary payment, the doctor’s salary was risen for 19% in comparison with the last year, secondary medical personals were for9% higher.

Instead of it, the Almaty city’s governor set the new tasks of requiring the principal and the systematic approach for the new directors of the department.

«Citizen’s satisfaction is the main criteria and the result of healthcare department’s work», said the Head of the city to the new director of the department.

So, it is necessary to provide the index enhancement of the mother’s death, the death of blood circulation system and the other indicators of the program. It is necessary: to enhance the project realization’s work according to the PPP mechanism, to solve the uninterrupted drug’s supply, to do the systematic solution measures of deficiency of the doctor’s stuff. Besides it, it is necessary to make the conception of the healthcare digital system development and to continue the application of modern technology particularly «Emergency Room», the new operation blocks, the usage of an electronic queue system and etc.

The new director of the department started his work in 1980 years as the doctor-intern in Ayaguz CRH. He worked as the Head of the Semey’s healthcare department in different years. He was the vice-rector of the public healthcare school of MH RK. He was the Head of the pharmaceutical control of the Astana city. He was the deputy of general director of National center of biotechnology RK and he worked as the Head of the Mangystau’s healthcare department. He was the responsible secretary of the Healthcare Ministry of RK. He was the deputy of healthcare minister and the social development of RK. He was the General Director of National Center of drug expertise, the products of medical purpose and the medical technics of MZand SR of the RK. He was the director of the Kazakh scientific center of quarantine and zoonatic infections named after M.Akimbaev and the others.
