The Deputy of Prime-Minister of the RK Askar Zhumagaliev came to Almaty in his working tour

In his working tour, the chairman of law statistics and special accounting Committee of General Prosecutor of the RK Bagdat Musin represented the project «Е-fines», which invoked to decrease the number of necessary documents for drivers. According to his speech, all the information of drivers including the presence of tech passport and insurance policy can now be possible to check through the map-case by the help of IIN. The realization of the system will be enough for drivers to show only the driver’s identity card to the police man. The written fine of driver can be paid right away in that place or by the mobile POS-terminal and the payment is automatically displayed in the payment system.

«Now the protocol formalization will be divided into 3 actions: IIN input, the state number of the car and the article of violation. It is not necessary for drivers to bring all other documents. We’ve tested this system with the local policeman. We want to suggest that Almaty has to be the first city where it is not necessary to carry the documents with themselves.», mentioned B.Musin.

In his turn the governor of Almaty supported the implementation of pilot project «Е-fines» in the city. He ordered to find the means for supplying of patrol services with the map-cases and the mobile thermal printers.

«To digitalize Kazakhstan is to cut down the different types of bureaucratic barriers and to decrease the corruption.», mentioned B.Baibek.

Next destination of visiting in the working tour of The Deputy of Prime-Minister was the It-block «Tech-Garden». It was in an autonomous territory of claster’s fund «Innovation technology’s park».

The residents of IT-block were 10 IT companies and 15 start-ups. All residents have an access to the modern technological platform, such companies as IBM, ARM, Autodesk, 1C and etc.

Many participants of the project have already become the competitive one for well-known foreign companies in the field of informational supply of the oil and gas sphere, the metallurgy sphere, the car building sphere and they are ready to suggest their elaborations for developing the city’s infrastructure.

Askar Zhumagaliev was interested in the innovational projects and suggested to make the master class training with the participation of start-up companies from the regions of Kazakhstan and from the neighboring countries.

Nowadays the Almaty city actively makes the system of transit-transport corridor for provision of safe and shorter ways to the grand market of the world. Nowadays the international flows to the country come from through the international post exchange of Almaty,Astana, Oral. 80% of them pass through Almaty. Sending is mainly from the internet –shop of China, Singapore, Germany, the USA and the other countries.

The Deputy of Prime-Minister and the governor of Almaty got introduced with the work of informational-logistic center of JSC«Kazpost». There was output of automatic line for classifying the post departures by the speed of 6 545 departures per hour.

The line is for the processing of international and internal post departures which weigh till 10kg, i.e. the parcels and the international small packages.

During the demonstration of the center the chief man of JSC «Kazpost» management Saken Sarsenov mentioned that the interest for purchase by internet was growing day by day. At the beginning of the year Kazakhstan already had more than 9 millions foreign parcels.

«If till August of this year we could handle not more than 10000 parcels a day, by launching of sorting machine and the mobile terminals we could do 100000 of them. Thanks to the optimization of the technological process, the parcel processing works day and night. Besides it, an automatization of sorting has given the chance to form the sacks with parcels to a certain direction. It fasts the parcel’s delivery to the addressee.» said Saken Sarsenov.

Thanks to the good base of developed logistics and the extensive nets of the departments, nowadays The Kazpost has an opportunity to build all the necessary infrastructure of e-commerce. The fulfillment service is opened for the help of an internet-shop. It includes the preservation, the sorting, the packaging and the good’s delivery.

By Saken Sarsenov speech, The Kazpost actively takes part in the transit projects launching hubs for transit items from China to Europe and vice versa through the territory of Kazakhstan. It gives an opportunity to send 20% transit volume of Chinese parcels to Russia and Europe through Kazakhstan. If the transit volume growth was 53% (10 million parcels in comp.with 6,5 million parcels in 2015y.), through the Kazpost , in 2017 years it would be expected to be 17 million parcels by the company.
