Almaty's City Council approved the construction of new residential buildings in Nauryzbay and Alatau districts

So, in the Nauryzbay area in md. "Shugyla" approved the project for the construction of nine 16-storey residential buildings. A multi-level parking for 1026 places is planned. As part of the social responsibility of business, the developer transfers to communal ownership a land plot of 0.6 hectares for the construction of a kindergarten.

In turn, in the Alatau district in md. Ozhet will begin the construction of a residential complex consisting of five seven-story buildings. Two kindergartens for 100 and 150 places, underground parking, as well as three-level yard parking are projected on the territory. As a recreational area is a boulevard with a square.

At the same time, an international general education school for 360 students and a kindergarten for 120 places will be built in Bostandyk district. The building consists of two blocks connected by galleries. On the territory of the school there are children's play and sports grounds, a swimming pool and a sports field for competitions.

In the same area in the square of Al-Farabi avenue, Seifullin, Markov and Popov avenues a residential complex will be built, built according to "green" standards. When erecting houses of different floors, ecologically clean materials will be used, high energy efficiency will be ensured during operation, trees will be planted on terraces. There are also commercial premises on the first floor, two kindergartens for 350 people and an underground parking. The implementation period is 4 years.

In addition, in the Bostandyk district, the projects of two more multi-apartment residential complexes have been approved. A complex of five houses, a kindergarten, underground parking and commercial premises north of Bukhar zhyrau boulevard, east of the Esentai river. A project has also been approved for the construction of a complex of five multi-apartment residential buildings of various sectional type with underground parking, commercial premises in the square of Gagarin-Berezovsky-Radostovitsa-Korolenko streets.

In the Auezov district on Teplichnaya Street it is planned to build a complex of six residential 12-storey buildings with underground parking and commercial premises.

It should be noted that when considering projects, special attention is paid to the use of energy-efficient solutions, the quality of exterior materials, night lighting of building facades, access conditions for low-mobility groups, landscaping area, load on traffic flows, improvement of yard territories.
