Сhanges are made in the rules of setting the queue for kindergartens in Almaty

It should be noted that earlier the service was provided according to the following rules: the queue was in a certain kindergarten, all categories of benefits received direction out of turn, when the data in the application (change of category) were changed, the applicant was removed from the queue and re-entered the queue indicating the benefits, on the state educational order the applicant was not removed from the queue, the applicant did not have the opportunity to independently change the data in the application (category, contact details) and remove the child from the queue, was also absent function confirm interest in receiving direction in pre-school organizations.

At present, the system (open-almaty.kz) provides the applicants with the opportunity to: apply for queue, modify the application already submitted (edit contact details), withdraw the application from the queue (withdrawal from the queue), receive a referral for enrollment in the public or private pre-school organization to indicate an interest in receiving a referral.

"The queue for receiving a referral to a kindergarten is formed into a single city line in the context of the child's birth year, indicated in the parents' application, and there is no queue for a certain kindergarten. Applications of parents whose children were born in November and December are placed in the queue with the year of birth following the one in which the child was born. Statements in queues are arranged in order of priority according to the date of staging on the queue," noted in the Education Department of Almaty.

In the system, the preferential categories are divided into two types:

1. Extra-ordinary (children of military personnel). Applicants with this preferential category receive directions out of turn if there are vacant seats in the DOs

2. Priorities (children whose legal representatives are disabled, children left without parental care and orphans, children from large families, children with special educational needs). These categories of benefits receive directions in the ratio "one to three". (One applicant of a preferential category and three applicants on general grounds)

To get directions:

1. When the queue is suitable, a notification will be sent to the indicated e-mail and phone number about the queue that has come up. In case the parent does not choose a kindergarten and does not receive a referral according to the time schedule (from 9:00 to 20:00), the place will be available to all waiting lists, according to the group's year (in this case, the applicant who did not choose the kindergarten remains in the queue );

2. When receiving a referral to a pre-school organization, the child is automatically withdrawn from the queue (with the applicant able to apply for the placement in the queue, if he is already enrolled and attends the pre-school organization);

3. If the parent does not arrive to the kindergarten within 5 working days after receiving the referral, the direction will be automatically canceled and the child will be sent to the stop list for a period of 10 working days. For the time of finding the application in the stop list, the possibility of receiving the direction will be blocked.

If the applicant expires the period of validity of the issued direction 2 times, the child will be automatically withdrawn from the queue;

Receipt of a referral to a private kindergarten on a state order is available if: the age of the child is 3 years and older, if the child is in the queue and there are vacant places in the kindergarten.

When you receive a referral to a private kindergarten on a state order, the number of the queue does not matter. However, parents need to bear in mind that when they receive a referral to a private kindergarten on a state educational order, the child will automatically be withdrawn from the queue.
