Bauyrzhan Baibek commanded to strengthen the control and optimize the term of the road’s repair in Almaty

During the meeting the director of the passenger transport’s management and the automobile road in the city, Maksut Isakhov informed that all the works would be end in November 2018 years, and the whole change of the curbs would be just in 24 streets and partial change would be in 43% of the streets.

In his turn the governor of the city made a strict critics for the elaborated plan of the management and ordered to check the ways for the methods of planning and to make more detailed schedule of the work.

«We develop Almaty by the principle of «City – comfortable for people». According to it, it is necessary to make the least inconvenience and not to prolong it’s term. Last year there were done a lot of works on the road’s repair, the exchange of heating mains, and reestablishment of the center. During the process there were concealed some shortcomings, especially in the plan of time- management. In the represented plan of the last year, some contractors had to finish 5 km road’s repair till the end of November. Who needs the plain road in front of the winter», outraged Bauyrzhan Baibek.

He underlined that the previous methods when the contractors cleared the asphalt and diggered the curbs , all these had left by them for several days there. It was unknown when it would be laid. It’s time for rest.

«Before starting the work you should make a photo album with the act of defects in each street. It is necessary to do it in complex, each aspect should be taken into an account. A contractor must understand where to change the drainage, to demontage the unnecessary surrounded ones, the thrown poles, the concrete construction, the unnecessary wires, in general, all the whole litters in order not to make it again for several times. Instead of it, it is necessary to preserve in maximum the green planting.», said Bauyrzhan Baibek.

It should be mentioned that the city has many parking pockets in forbidden areas. Furthermore, in that places the car owners make the parking in the corner, in that way it decreases the mobility of the road nets and it increases the possibility of an emergency situation. The head of the city gave the task to remind this factor in the process of road repair and make the longitudinal parking pockets.

The governor of the city also concerned the theme about the in time alerts of the population about the finished works and the road -closing works connected with the repair.

«It is necessary to explain the types of following works and when it finishes. All the informations must be on the board with the phone numbers of the company’s directors. In the information resource will be the schedule of the work», he said.

By the result of the meeting, Bauyrzhan Baibek ordered to make a plan during the week to the passenger transport’s management and the automobile road. It must show the exact term of a certain type of the work and according to it, each contracting company has to be checked. Optimized schedule must be represented in the next meeting. Analogical task was given to the management of power and municipal services of the city.
