The governor of Almaty ordered to adjust the project of the «South» parks and the square in front of the Pupil’s Palace

The director of the nature resource management and the regulation of the nature usage of the city Aset Masabayev informed that within the framework of the project there were included the lightening system’s renewing, the fountain’s break down, the benches, the cabbage baskets, the reconstruction of the irrigation ditch and it’s replacement and also the foundation of the children’s and sport’s areas, the bicycle path along the park and etc.

Nevertheless the governor mentioned that it’s necessary to adjust the nowadays project taking into account the modern tendency and the need of the population.

«There must be comfort for all the groups of the population: for mother’s with the baby carrier, for children, for old people who prefer to sit in a calm circumstance. We should understand that it is not the park of entertainment, but it is a recreation zone. According to it, it is necessary to decrease the asphalt area by renewing the previous path cover and to make the comfortable shaded area. There has to be used the local lightening and not to build the massive architectural forms. There must be the fountains with press water, the stationary toilets and the special surrounded territories for dog walking», said Bauyrzhan Baibek.

The governor has also mentioned that the main principle of the reconstruction must be preserved by the present green plant and planting the new ones. With the consideration of above mentioned notices there was given the task to adjust and to make some new changes of the project. In the following project there will be paid a special attention for the provision of public security in the park’s territory.

Within the framework of the working visit Bauyrzhan Baibek also inspected the area in front of the Pupil’s Palace in Medeu region of the city. The governor of Almaty gave the task to optimize the project and not to destroy the green plants.Within the framework of area modernizing there was given the task to renew the watering system and to repair the street’s lightening pillars.
