Full-length service center of the businessmen will be opened in this year in Almaty

In his greeting speech, the representative of the presidium RPE«Atameken» Timur Kulibayev mentioned that from the foundation of the organization in 2013, the property rights of the businessmen were protected for more than 92 billions tenge. By the support of the chamber, there was elaborated a new tax code of the country. There was made the expertise of more than 20000 projects of the normative-legal acts and the law projects

«Almaty is the cradle of Kazakhstan’s business where the major parts of the businessmen are in the center. Nowadays, in the city there has been made a business climate which affords them to work without any obstacles. This year we are planning to open the full-length service center of the businessmen where the permits will be formed by the principle of one window.», said Timur kulibayev.

In his turn, the governor of Almaty Bauyrzhan Baibek underlined that the conference has been an effective area for the dialogue between the state and the business.

«On behalf of the Head of State ,in Almaty there has paid an attention for stimulating private initiatives and the improvement of the business climate. Today the city has been formed as the city of private business and the fund of non-primary economy where functionates more than170 subjects of SMB giving the job for 7 people out of 10. Cooperating with the RPE ,we are doing the work for improvement of the business doings. The key direction of it is an access to the credit resource and a decrease of the administrative barriers.», mentioned Bauyrzhan Baibek.

So, for the formation of attractive investing climate in Almaty there has been done an electronic form of the process of taking permission for the building and the inclusion to the communal nets. There is an access for interactive card, almaty.genplan.kz reflecting the red lines, the engineer nets, free capacity for electricity and the water. Also the representatives of the business plan have the plan of the detailed lay-outs and the general plan of the city development and the land cadastral map showing the employed and vacant land plots.

Last year the state service made in an electronic form was risen for 8 times. This year 10 most actual services of the executive committee by the principle of «paper-free» will be changed into an electronic form.

Besides it, there is planned the realization of the new projects in the sphere of housing, it is an intelligent lightening and the formation of Big data. In the area of Open Almaty, in the form of one window there is planned a service of technical conditions. In the base of Almaty development center there has been formed a digital office.

It should be mentioned that today in the city the first place has had the adopted projects with the beginning of RMB-2020 program realization. There is being realized « The program of productive employment and the massive entrepreneurship » directed to the attraction of unemployed and self-employed people to the business by giving the micro credits under 6% in a year. From the beginning of the program there have been financed 90 projects for 1.4 billions tenge.
