The territory of «Atakent» CCC is given back to the communal property of the city

The total area of the «Atakent» CCC territory is about 54.1 hectares.31 hectares are in private ownership.17 hectares of it are for different trades, hotel and sport complexes.

At this moment, the executive committee of Almaty is checking all the property titles.14 hectares of undeveloped territory are under encumbrance.

At the same time, the dismantling of exhibition pavilions or other structures built in accordance with their purpose is not planned.

It should be mentioned that due to the non-execution of the managing company to fulfill its obligations for the development of the Atakent CCC, the Almaty’s governor Bauyrzhan Baibek ordered to work on the issue of lease contract termination and return of public lands to municipal property of the city.
