In Almaty, another land plot will be returned to state ownership

Within the framework of the program of the Head of State "Ruhani zhangyru", a new cultural center is planned to be created in this territory, where the Sak burial mound is located. The open-air museum will introduce visitors to the rich history of the early nomads who inhabited the lands of Kazakhstan and become a new tourist attraction of the city.

It is planned to restore a dilapidated mound dating back to the 5th century BC, including stone fences and rings on its surface. Inside the architectural monument will be organized rooms with preserved artifacts, audiovisual hall with the possibility of demonstrating a holographic cinema on the history and culture of the ancient nomads.

It should be recalled that earlier in Almaty’s executive committee held a meeting on the implementation of the program of the President of the country "Rukhani zhangyru", during which it was proposed to build an open-air museum on the site of the found Saks culture monument located in the Mega shopping center along Rozybakiev Street.

The governor of Almaty Bauyrzhan Baibek supported the proposal and instructed to work out a mechanism for the return of land to state ownership.

"I think that those who own this land should know and love our history. We sometimes see how monstrous our history is erased, and most importantly, it all brings irreparable spiritual, cultural and economic damage. Of course, it's easy to roll under the asphalt and put something, but if they give it to the city, it will be more useful," Bauyrzhan Baibek said then.

It should be noted that it became known yesterday that the company "TURKUAZ GROUP OF COMPANIES" voluntarily refuses in favor of the state from the site for the construction of a residential complex in the park "Yuzhny".

Earlier, the executive committee decree terminated the agreement with the Atakent CCCC for the right to temporary lease of a land plot of 23 hectares. After the management company, commitments were made to return an additional eight hectares of privately owned land plots on a gratuitous basis.

In the same week in Almaty began to improve the Baum grove, transferred to the communal property of the city. During the monitoring, the facts of land squatting with an area of 2.5 hectares were revealed. The head of the city instructed, in accordance with the law, to return the grasped lands of the grove and to conduct their landscaping.

In addition, the executive committee of Almaty included the city hippodrome and the bus station "Sayran" in the preliminary list of objects of historical and cultural heritage. From this moment it is forbidden to change the appearance of the building, its redevelopment, the modification of load-bearing structures, extensions, the change of purpose and violation of the guard zone. Any measures related to the repair and reconstruction of the building are carried out with the approval of the authorized body.
