Almaty’s youth can have a house on suitable conditions

This program of preferential credit for the city’s youth «Almaty zhastary» started in 2017 years in Almaty. At that time the local budget allocated 1 billion tenge.

Within the framework of this program, in 2017, of the received 6657 applications, 108 families received their loans for the housing purchase.

In 2018, 2 billions tenge have been allocated from the local budget for the preferential housing program "Almaty Zhastary".

The uniqueness of the Almaty Zhastary program is a low interest rate - a loan of up to 10 millions tenge is granted at a preferential 5% per annum. The loan repayment period under the Program is calculated individually, for solvency, for a period of 3 to 25 years.

Reception of documents will also be carried out on the site www.almaty-zhastary.kz, which will ensure transparency of lending under the program.

The program in the current year 2018 introduced several innovations:

• for the first child 10 points, and for each subsequent child 20 points;

• in the point system, 30 points are assigned to the newlyweds who are married up to 1 year at the time of the announcement.

From "09" to "July 20" of this year, the program will receive applications and documents.

Application for participation in the Program will be accepted through a special portal for receiving applications www.almaty-zhastary.kz.

The loan is issued for the purchase of exclusively primary housing, which the participant chooses independently.
