The governor of Almaty ordered to do the engineering networks faster in the city

After observing the construction plot of the sewage collector for 8.8 km along Dulaty street, the governor of the city instructed to the department of energy and the communal services to do the construction work faster.

«All the objects with the complex improvement of sidewalks and gardening must be ready in time», - mentioned Bauyrzhan Baibek.

In its turn according to the result of the previous working visit, the construction of underground gas pipeline for 2.8 km along Altynsarin has been finished before it’s term. More than 40000 people will be provided by the nonstop gas supply.

There has been finished the reconstruction of heating networks along Zhambyl street between Nazarbayev and Pushkin streets and there is still continued the improvement of the territory.

The works are still continued in some areas of the city. It will be finished at the end of July. More complicated and the longer ones will be finished at the end of August. Nevertheless, all the people are supplied with nonstop hot water supply by the help of the organization of temporary scheme.

There is still continued the work of a new water supply construction and a water disposal. It helps to provide more than 120000 people in 5 districts of the city with the clear drinking water and the central sewage.

During his working visit, the governor of Almaty also checked the construction tempo of the historical center of the city. Today in the plot of the avenues Abay,Ablaykhan,Nazarbayev and Abay square ,there are being done the reorganization of engineering networks, the laying of pavers, the change of light pillars, the device of watering system, renewal of input group and the façade of the building.

During the reconstruction there is taken into consideration the extension of pedestrian zone, growing plants for making the shaded area and the construction of new fountains.

It should be mentioned that this summer in Almaty ,150 streets for 160km are being repaired. All undergrounds are overhauled. By the principle of policentricity, the territories are improved in all the districts of the city. If last year 500 yards were repaired ,but in this year 600 yards would be renewed in all districts of the city.

For the last year, 800km of engineering networks were built and reconstructed, including 313 km of water pipelines, 150 km of power supply and 32.3 km of heat supply.
