"Approval of land management projects for land plots formation"
- Go to e-government website https://egov.kz/ and register if necessary.
- At the very bottom of page (in lower left corner) in "External Resources" section, select "Electronic Licensing" line.
- Next, log in to electronic licensing website http://elicense.kz/.
- Go to section "Land relations".
- In "Land relations" section, select service "Approval of land management projects for land plots formation".
- Then select "Order the service online", in line "Select a licensor" select "Almaty - Akim's office of Almaty".
- Fill in your personal information and go to the next page.
- Fill in the data for an application, information on a developer of land management projects, information on a subject - the owner, information on a land plot, including the purpose.
- Then attach a scanned copy of land use plan.
- Sign the application with an electronic digital signature (select the RTHA file certificate), confirm with a password.
- Afterwards, your application will be generated and sent for the preparation and adoption of a decision to the Akimat of Almaty
