On invalidation of
the decision of the Akim of the Bostandyk district of Almaty
dated March 26, 2018 No. 02 "On approval of the methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the Akim's office of the Bostandyk district of Almaty"
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the akim of the Bostandyk district of Almaty DECIDED:
1. To invalidate the decision of the Akim of the Bostandyk district of Almaty dated March 26, 2018 No. 02 "On approval of the methodology for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the Akim's office of the Bostandyk district of Almaty" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 1465).
2. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the head of the akim's office of the Bostandyk district of Almaty.
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
