Requests from individuals and legal entities are reviewed within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Documents are removed from monitoring upon full completion and execution.
Registration, tracking, and control of electronic document processing in the Unified Electronic Document Management System are carried out by an employee of the Documentation Support Department using an electronic registration and control card. Special emphasis is placed on electronic document workflow utilizing electronic digital signature tools. Particular attention is given to e-document exchange supported by electronic digital signature certification.
Personal reception of citizens by the Akim of the Almalinsky District and his deputies is conducted in accordance with Resolution No. 974 dated 4 September 2002, issued by the Government of Kazakhstan “On the organization of reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities in central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and is carried out according to the approved schedule.
One of the key priorities of the Executive Office of the Akim of the Almalinsky District is the timely review and high-quality processing of all incoming correspondence.
