As of 31.12.2021, the total document flow amounted to 10649 citizens' appeals that were received by the district akim's office from various sources:
Legal entities and individuals 2725 (legal - 434, physical - 2291), including 596 appeals from the public reception "Open Almaty", as well as 10 appeals from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3 appeals.
Outgoing correspondence amounted to 7924 letters.
A total of 2674 appeals were received through Internet resources (the heading "Question-answer" of the web site of the akim of Almaly district - 152, social networks of the akim of Almaty - 2483, "Question of the akim of Almaty" 39)
