There are 29 secondary schools, 20 colleges and colleges on the territory of Almaly district; A. Zhubanov Music School, specialized Internet school for children gifted in sports of K.Akhmetov Russian Academy of Music.
For 9 months of 2021, 18 meetings of the commission were held, including 8 meetings on the approved plan, 10 meetings on the received events.
According to the received cases, 21 case materials from the internal affairs bodies were received and considered at the meeting of the commission, 4 case materials from educational institutions. The total number of materials reviewed is 25. Including the decision of the commission meeting:
- 6 materials of the case were reviewed and sent to the court to bring parents to administrative responsibility for improper performance of their parental responsibilities for the upbringing of their minor children, 6 parents were fined by the court decision;
- 10 materials concerning parents and minors for individual preventive work in order to clarify the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage and Family", the Law "On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Juvenile Police Department of the district carried out individual preventive work with 10 parents;
- in relation to 1 parent, a claim for deprivation of parental rights was considered and sent to the specialized interdistrict juvenile court of Almaty by the Almaly district guardianship and guardianship authority. Currently under consideration by the court;
- in relation to 1 minor, it was considered to be assigned to special educational organizations. The district Department of the juvenile police sent a statement of claim to the specialized interdistrict juvenile Court of Almaty for placement in a "Special educational organization for children with deviant behavior in Almaty." Currently under consideration by the court;
- in relation to 1 minor, it was considered about the determination of a child in a difficult life situation to a children's institution for continuing education;
- in relation to 3 minors, it was considered to determine the place of residence for further residence and maintenance;
- 2 minors received medical assistance.
