Report on the activities of the office of the akim of Almaly district of Almaty on the provision of public services for 2020
In 2020, the office of the akim of Almaly district of Almaty provided 15,794 public services, of which: through the PSC 10,390, through the MIO (local executive body)- 1466, via the PEP (e-government portal)-3938.
The Department of the RAGS (registration of acts of civil status) registered 9586 acts of civil status: birth - 4939, death-2036, marriage-1862, divorce-434, paternity-70, change of full name-209, adoption -4, restored records-32.
During the reporting period, 325 cases were approved for making changes, corrections and additions to the civil status records and 209 cases for changing the full name and 30 cases for canceling the civil status record.
During the reporting period, the Department of the Almaly district of Almaty received 3938 applications from citizens through the electronic portal E.gov . of them:
-1405 applications for marriage registration;
-135 applications for divorce by mutual consent;
-1895 birth registration applications;
- 8 deposits for change of full name;
-403 death registration applications;
-92 applications for the issuance of repeated certificates or certificates;
