Report on the activities of the office of the akim of Almaly district of Almaty on the provision of public services for the IV quarter of 2020
During the IV quarter of 2020, the office of the akim of Almaly district of Almaty provided - 4609 public services, of which: through the PSC-3067, through the MIO (local executive body) - 416, through the PEP (e-government portal) -1126.
The Department of the RAGS (registration of acts of civil status) registered - 2553 acts of civil status: birth - 1306, death-436, marriage-612, divorce-127, paternity-0, change of full name-69, adoption -0. restored act records- 3.
During the reporting period, 99 cases were approved for making changes, corrections and additions to the civil status records and 69 cases for changing the full name and 6 cases for canceling the civil status record.
The department of the RAGS of Almaly district of Almaty received 1126 applications from citizens through the electronic portal during the reporting period E.gov . of them:
- 440 applications for marriage registration;
- 56 applications for divorce by mutual consent;
- 381 applications for birth registration;
- 3 applications for change of full name;
- 190 death registration applications;
- 56 applications for the issuance of repeated certificates or certificates;
