Ondasyn Urazalin: Aktobe region will make every effort to implement the message of the Head of State

A meeting on the implementation of the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "Unity of the people and systemic reforms – a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country"was held in Aktobe under the chairmanship of Akim of the Aktobe region Ondasyn Urazalin.
The meeting was attended by heads of regional state bodies, deputies, representatives of the public council of the region, veterans.
"On the eve of the Head of State made an annual Message to the people of Kazakhstan. The President covered all relevant issues for our country. One of the main tasks is to ensure economic growth in the post-pandemic period, " Ondasyn Urazalin said, opening the meeting.
The Akim of the region highlighted the main priorities of the strategic document and ways to implement the large-scale tasks set by the Head of State.
In order to fulfill the President's instructions, work will be strengthened in the region to combat misinformation about vaccination against COVID-19. Today, more than 285 thousand people have been vaccinated with the first component of coronavirus vaccines, and more than 228 thousand have been vaccinated with the second component.
The tasks of effective spending of budget funds, the development of rural areas and the introduction of the budget of popular participation, the privatization of quasi-public sector enterprises, the acceleration of the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the development of education, etc. are also set.
As part of the President's instructions to improve the welfare of citizens, from January 1, 2022, the minimum wage will be increased from 42.5 to 60 thousand tenge.
According to the first deputy Akim of the region Ruslan Khambarov, this measure will directly affect citizens who receive social payments in the event of loss of income, including in connection with caring for a child until he reaches the age of one year.
Work will be intensified to create conditions for mass and children's sports. Today, the coverage of the population of the region with physical culture and sports is 32.24%. Currently, the construction of five sports and recreation complexes is continuing in the villages of Kargalinsky, Temirsky district, Khromtau districts, as well as in the cities of Khromtau and Kandyagash. In addition, this year it is planned to start construction of a sports complex for people with disabilities and 3 hangar-type sports complexes in the villages of Zharkamys, Zharly and Zhagabulak. With the support of "Samruk-Kazyna-Trust", the construction of a sports and recreation complex on the basis of the Youth Sports School ofEmba of the Mugalzhar district. The PSA is also being adjusted for the reconstruction of the Central Stadium and the Chemist Stadium in Aktobe. It is planned to provide sports facilities not only to cities, but also to all large villages of the region.
As part of the development of digitalization, it is planned to introduce a search and analytical complex "Safe City of Aktobe" with the installation of 79 hardware and software complexes and 2,600 outdoor video surveillance cameras in the regional center. This measure will improve the safety of the population, the culture of driving on the roads of Aktobe, reduce the accident rate and crime rate in the region.
It stands to mention that today, as part of the Internet coverage of rural settlements with a population of more than 250 people, 98 out of 100 villages in the region are provided with 3G mobile Internet and the work continues on the remaining two villages.
Ondasyn Urazalin stressed that the region will make every effort to fulfill the goals and objectives set by the Head of State in the annual Message.
