Agenda:
- Results of the diagnostic plan for January, February and the plan for March.
- Providing information on planned works in January and February in the Baiganinsky and Khromtau districts.
- On the content of standard animal burials and anthrax graves in accordance with veterinary and sanitary requirements.
- Carrying out timely and complete identification of farm animals and their inclusion in the IPS database.
- Signing of the Memorandum with the slaughterhouse of animals with a positive result for brucellosis.
PURPOSE
To the chief specialist of the district veterinary department of the Aktobe region:
- Strict control over routine vaccinations and blood sampling.
- Provide information on the work done on a weekly basis.
- Control over the filling of documents (acts, descriptions) by specialists of the veterinary station in rural districts in accordance with the correct instructions.
- Representative specialists legalized standard animal burials and documents of “anthrax” burial grounds, which are registered in the rural akimat: “It is necessary to register a city, regional veterinary station.
To directors of district and city veterinary stations:
- Carry out urgent work on the results of work in progress in January, February and March.
- Blood collection in March will be completed as planned.
- According to the plan, the identification of the offspring of farm animals and the timely introduction of diagnostic and preventive measures into the IPS database.
- Take strict control of ear stickers allocated to cattle by 2020 and include them in the IPS database through 'replacement' earrings.
- Recommend the district (city) director to the management by March 19 by signing a memorandum with veterinary stations and slaughterhouses.
On the agenda, the reasons for non-compliance with the data of Bayganin and Khromtau were heard.
