Note:
To participate in the competition, a participant who is an individual and a legal entity submits the following documents::
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer;
In the tender offer:
1) business plan (projected volume of investments, areas of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of Agriculture, number of jobs created);
2) development and development of an on-farm land management project, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) compliance with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for diversifying the structure of acreage of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
4) if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm farming, agricultural production , the obligation to conclude the specified agreement within three working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the need to sign the contract of temporary paid land use (lease) of a peasant or farm farm, agricultural land plot for conducting agricultural production.
The pages of the Tender Offer are numbered, sealed in stitched form or written in indelible ink in a closed envelope, the last page of the Tender Offer is certified by the signature of the participant for individuals (or trustee) and for legal entities – by the signature and seal of the first manager (or trustee) (if any).
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 working days after the expiration of 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition. The scheme of placement of land plots submitted for the competition can be found on the internet resource of the local executive body, in the information corners of rural districts and the District Department of land relations.
