Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 72 dated November 6, 2014. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 9, 2014 No. 9946.
In accordance with subparagraph 3-1) of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and Rural areas" and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached Rules for the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts, who arrived to work and live in rural localities.
2. To provide to the Department of regional policy and development of local self-government (Tungyshbekov S.) :
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in the information and legal system "Adilet" and in the official mass media;
2) placement of this order on the official Internet resource of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. A. Uskenbayev.
4. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
