In accordance with Articles 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2011 "On local Government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", the akimat of the Uil district DECIDES:
Recognize as invalid the decree of the Akimat of the Uil district of 25 August 2020 No. 133 "On the establishment of a public easement" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 7346, published on 28 August 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form);
The state institution "Department for Land Relations of the Uil District" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Uil district after its official publication.
3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
