On the establishment of a quota of jobs for employment
persons registered with the probation service

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of Article 9, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On employment of the population" and by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2016 No. 412 "On approval of the Rules for quoting jobs for the employment of citizens from among young people, those who have lost or remain without parental care before the onset of majority, who are graduates of educational organizations, persons released from prison, persons registered with the probation service ”, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 13898, the Akimat of the Uilsky District DECIDES:
1. Establish a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service, regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership in the Uilsky district for 2021, in the context of the organization according to the appendix.
2. The state institution "Uilsky district department of employment and social programs" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Uilsky district akimat after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2021.
