On the establishment of a quota of jobs for people with disabilities in the Uilsky district for 2021
In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", articles 9, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On employment of the population" and an order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2016 "On approval of the Rules for quoting jobs for people with disabilities" registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 14010, the Akimat of the Uilsky District DECIDES:
1. To establish a quota of jobs for disabled people in the Uilsky district for 2021 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. To recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Uilsky district of July 5, 2019 No. 140 "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for people with disabilities in the Uilsky district" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 5609, published on July 26, 2017 in the reference control bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form).
3. The state institution "Uilsky district department of employment and social programs" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Uilsky district akimat after its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
5. This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2020.
