On amendments to the decision of the Uilsky regional maslikhat dated December 24, 2015 No. 277 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Uilsky district"
In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Uilsky district maslikhat DECIDED:
Include in the decision of the Uilsky regional maslikhat dated December 24, 2015 No. 277 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Uilsky district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 4724, published on February 26, 2016 years in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "adilet") the following changes:
in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Uilsky district, approved by the said decision:
in paragraph 5, the word "Typical" shall be replaced by the word "real"
subparagraphs 1), 2) of paragraph 9 and 1) of paragraph 11, the words "by the authorized body" shall be replaced by the words "by the authorized organization"
2. The state institution "Apparatus of the Uilsky district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
3. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
