Press release to the draft decision "On the approval of the budgets of rural districts of the Uilsky district for 2021-2023"
In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 2 of article 9-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Uilsky regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the budget of the Uilsky rural district for 2020-2022 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 211,482 thousand tenge,
including:
tax revenues - 10,999 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 328 thousand tenge;
receipts of transfers - 200 155 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 211,482 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
purchase of financial assets - 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 0 thousand tenge.
2. To take into account in the budget of the Uilsky rural district for 2021 the subventions transferred from the district budget in the amount of 200 155 thousand tenge.
4. To approve the budget of the Saralzhinsky rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 4, 5 and 6, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 60,162 thousand tenge,
including:
tax receipts - 1 705 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 207 thousand tenge;
receipts of transfers - 58 250 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 60,162 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
purchase of financial assets - 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 0 thousand tenge.
5. To take into account in the budget of the Saralzhinsky rural district for 2021 the subventions transferred from the regional budget in the amount of 58 250 thousand tenge.
6. To approve the budget of the Koptogay rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 7, 8 and 9, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 50 349 thousand tenge,
including:
tax receipts - 1,912 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 70 thousand tenge;
receipts of transfers - 48 367 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 50 349 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
purchase of financial assets - 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 0 thousand tenge.
7. To take into account in the budget of the Koptogay rural district for 2021 the subventions transferred from the district budget in the amount of 48,367 thousand tenge.
9. To approve the budget of the rural district named after S. Bersiev for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 10, 11 and 12, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 62 365 thousand tenge,
including:
tax receipts - KZT 1,653 thousand;
non-tax receipts - 185 thousand tenge;
receipts of transfers - 60 527 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 62 365 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
purchase of financial assets - 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 0 thousand tenge.
10. To take into account in the budget of the rural district named after Sh. Bersiev for 2021 the subventions transferred from the regional budget in the amount of 60 527 thousand tenge.
14. To approve the budget of the Karaoi rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 13, 14 and 15, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 22 403 thousand tenge,
including:
tax receipts - 1,083 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 47 thousand tenge;
receipts of transfers - 21,273 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 22 403 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0 thousand tenge,
including:
purchase of financial assets - 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 0 thousand tenge.
