In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" with Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", issued by the Government of February 24, 2014 №138 "On approval of the Rules of registration of views of the population of the corresponding territory, renaming of administrative-territorial units, constituent parts of settlements, as well as clarification and change of transcriptions of their names", conclusion of the Regional Onomastic Commission in the Akimat of the Aktobe region from July 27, 2020 and with the registration of the population, the akim of the rural district named after Shyganak Bersiev DECIDED:
To include in the decision of akim of the rural district named after Shyganak Bersiev from September 20, 2011 О9 "On assignment of names to the streets of the rural district named after Shyganak Bersiev" (registered in the Register of state legal acts of November 17, 2011 in the district newspaper "Oiyl") following changes:
in sub-item 4) in item 1 the word "Astana" to replace the word "Abai";
in sub-item 2) in item 1 the word "K.Yerzhanov" to replace with the word "Abulkhair khan";
in subparagraph 1) in paragraph 2 the word "Sh. Bersiev" to replace the word "Dinmukhamed Kunayev";
in sub-item 3) in item 2 the word "Republic" to replace with the word "Beket Ata";
in subparagraph 1) in paragraph 3 the word "Sh. Bersiev" to replace the word "Akhmet Zhubanov";
in subparagraph 2) in paragraph 3 the word "Beibitshilik" to replace the word "Baurzhan Momyshuly.
To the state institution "Akim's office of the rural district named after Shyganak Bersiev" in the established order to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of Aktobe region;
2) placement of the current decision on the Internet resource of the akim of the Uil district after its official publication.
