In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", Government decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2014 №138 "On approval of Rules taking into account the views of the population of the territory, renaming of administrative-territorial units, parts of settlements, as well as refining and modifying transcription of their names», by the conclusion of the Regional onomastic Commission under the akimat of Aktobe region dated October 27, 2011 and taking into account the opinion of the population, the akim of Koptogay rural district DECIDED:
1. To make the decision of akim of the rural district Koptogaiskoe dated 12 September 2011 №8 "On the naming of streets settlements Koptogaiskoe rural district" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 3-11-94, published 12 may 2020 in the local newspaper "Uil") following changes:
in subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1, the word "Tamdykol" was replaced by "Al - Farabi»;
in sub-item 13) of item 1, replace the word "Beibitshilik" with the word "Abay";
in sub-item 3) of item 3, replace the word "Tauelsizdik" with the word "Ishanbay Karakulov»;
2. the State institution "Office of the akim of Koptogay rural district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Uilskyi district after its official publication.
3. Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
