Press release of the draft decision of the Wilsky district maslikhat of January 6, 2020 No. 367 "on approval of the budget of Wilsky rural district for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Wilsky district maslikhat made a decision:
revenues-replace the numbers "595 801" with the numbers " 575 835;
including:
transfer receipts-replace the numbers "584 084" with the numbers " 564 118;
Subparagraph 2) :
expenses-replace the numbers "629 077.9" with the numbers "609 111.9";
In paragraph 5:
Subparagraph 1) :
Replace the numbers "35 949" with the numbers " 21 689;
Subparagraph 2) :
Replace the numbers "4 185" with the number "0";
Subparagraph 5) :
Replace the numbers "221 762" with the numbers " 220 241;
2.the state institution" apparatus of Wilsky district maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of Aktobe region.
3.this decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
