Press release of the draft decision of the Wilsky district maslikhat of January 6, 2020 No. 371 "on approval of the budget of Sarbye rural district for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Wilsky district maslikhat made a decision:
In Paragraph 1:
Subparagraph 1) :
income-replace the numbers" 105 932.5 "with the numbers" 101 179.5",
transfer receipts-replace the numbers "104 566" with the numbers " 99 813;
Subparagraph 2) :
expenses-replace the numbers "105,932.5" with the numbers "101,179. 5".
In paragraph 5:
Subparagraph 1) :
Replace the numbers "823" with the number "0";
Subparagraph 2) :
Replace the numbers "9 475" with the numbers "5 545";
2.the state institution" apparatus of Wilsky district maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of Aktobe region.
3.this decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
