Press release to the draft decision on amendments to the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 6, 2020 No. 370 " on approval of the budget of the Koptogay rural district for 2020-2022»

 

In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Wilsky district maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To make the decision of UIL district maslikhat dated 6 January 2020 №370 "On approval of the budget Carolinska rural district in 2020-2022 years" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 6656, published on 14 January 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes:

in paragraph 1:

in sub-paragraph 1):

income– the figures "84 145" to replace with figures "80 482",

including:

income transfers–numbers "82 249" to replace with figures "78 586";

in subparagraph 2):

costs-replace the numbers "85,235. 6" with the numbers "81,572. 6".

in paragraph 4:

in subparagraph 1): replace the

numbers "755" with the number " 0»;

in sub-paragraph 2): replace the

numbers "8,500" with the numbers " 5,592»;

  1. State institution "the Apparatus of UIL district maslikhat" in accordance with legislation to provide state registration of this decision in the Department of justice of Aktobe region.
  2. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
