In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Wilsky district maslikhat made a decision:
In Paragraph 1:
Subparagraph 1) :
revenues-replace the numbers "78 176" with the numbers " 74 197,
including:
transfer receipts-replace the numbers "76 343" with the numbers " 72 364;
Subparagraph 2) :
expenses-replace the numbers" 78 261.3 "with the numbers" 74 282.3".
In paragraph 5:
Subparagraph 1) :
Replace the numbers "835" with the number "0";
Subparagraph 2) :
Replace the numbers "9 700" with the numbers "6 556";
2.the state institution" apparatus of Wilsky district maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of Aktobe region.
3.this decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
