Amangeldy Kurmangazievich, Head of the Department for the Development of Languages of the Aktobe region, held a briefing in the press room of the regional communications service on the work done to promote language policy. As part of the implementation of the Language Policy Development Concept for 2023-2029, the Department organized free language courses for adults, including courses on teaching the state language, and 1,700 people were trained in 2024. In addition, as a result of the work of the Deal club at the APK, representatives of different ethnic groups are actively learning the Kazakh language. On October 10, 2024, a meeting "Active approaches in teaching the Kazakh language" was held in Orenburg, Russia, in order to support the Kazakh diaspora. Also, 344 people were tested using the KAZTEST system, and 131 people received certificates. As part of the language policy, explanatory work was carried out at 570 sites, 3,098 ads were analyzed, and 989 violations were identified. 97.5% of document management in local authorities is conducted in the official language.
