In Aktobe Regional Water, a scientific and practical conference was held on the theme " problems of the use of the state language in the judicial system "("questions of the state language in the judicial system"

Today, the Aktobe Regional Court, together with the Aktobe branch of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the participation of representatives of all state bodies of the region, hosted a scientific and practical conference on the topic "Memlekettik tildin sot zhuyesinde koldanylu maseleri" ("Issues of the use of the state language in the judicial system"). The conference was attended by Doszhan Amir, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Askhat Shakharov, Akim of the Aktobe region, heads and representatives of law enforcement and government agencies, representatives of the Chamber of Legal Consultants, the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs and legal scholars. The purpose of the conference is to strengthen cooperation between government agencies to ensure that criminal, civil and administrative proceedings are conducted in the state language, to facilitate the training of young lawyers in Kazakh, and to support the expansion of the use of the state language in the judicial system. The conference was opened by Chairman of the Aktobe Regional Court Aidar Smagulov, who emphasized the relevance of the topic and gave the floor to the speakers to discuss common problematic issues in the judicial and law enforcement spheres. Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov, welcoming the participants, noted the importance of the event and stressed the need to improve the use of the Kazakh language in the justice system, expressing support for initiatives in this direction. Presentations were made during the conference: Chairman of the Judicial Board for Criminal Cases of Aktobe Regional Court Alibek Akhmetov; Aktobe City Prosecutor Berik Kydyrali; Head of the Department of Jurisprudence of Aktobe Regional University named after K.Zhubanov, PhD Aynur Nurutdinova; Zhadan Bisenbin, Head of the Department of Organizational and Control Management of the Department of Economic Investigations in the Aktobe Region of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Representative of the Bar Association of Aktobe region Galymzhan Akbarov; The head of the department of the State Institution "Aktobe region tilderdi damytu baskarmasy" Marzhan Zhanasova. All the speakers emphasized the importance of the topic under discussion and identified key issues on expanding the use of the state language in the judicial system. Special attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between government agencies and improving document management in the Kazakh language. The conference participants noted the need for: Development of a uniform legal terminology dictionary; Organization of permanent advanced training courses in the Kazakh language for civil servants; Implementation of an electronic document management system with support for the Kazakh language; Strengthen cooperation with educational institutions to train specialists in this field. The speakers stressed that the implementation of these initiatives will help strengthen the role of the state language in the judicial system and increase accessibility of justice for citizens. Summing up the conference, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Doszhan Amir noted the importance of regular holding of such events and expressed confidence that only through joint efforts it is possible to create an effective system for the development of the state language in the legal field.
