He primarily appeals to the old intellectuals. Among them are Kazakhstanis A. Bokeikhanov , Zh. Akbayev, A.mekekov and others.

In Kazakhstan, which was part of the Soviet Union in the 1930s, 103 thousand people were repressed and 25 thousand people were shot. It was during these years that representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia in the field of science, culture and politics were shot.

In total, more than 40 million Soviet citizens were repressed between 1930 and 1953. Especially representatives of the intelligentsia of all peoples and nationalities who were part of the Soviet Union were subjected to these illegal punishments. During this period, 40 percent of Kazakhs died. Koreans, Poles, Volga Germans, Crimean Tatars, Caucasian peoples and representatives of other nationalities were resettled in camps located on the territory of Kazakhstan.
